Payment & booking conditions
You must make a deposit that’s 25% of the total amount. The remaining 75% can be paid in two installaments or all at once.
Bookings can be rescheduled or canceled with a full refund of the down payment until 4 weeks before the start of your booking period. Within 4 weeks of your rental period it can no longer be refunded, but it can be rescheduled if a good reason is provided. Transaction fees for rescheduling or cancelation do have to be paid.
Discounted stays are not refundable. They can still be rescheduled.
If the start of your booking period is less than 4 weeks away, the 50% down payment will be non-refundable. Rescheduling will still be possible.
If you wish to pay the full amount in advance
If you book and you paid the full amount you get a 15% discount. If you wish to reschedule you can do so without penalty or additional cost. Please note that this is not refundable.
Anything else you need
If you book for 7 days or more, we can arrange your transportation from and to the airport. The kitchen fridge will be fully stocked with breakfast items prior to your arrival.

To make your stay with us more enjoyable, we do accept special request such as home food shopping prior to arrival, prive chef service and much more.
For your kids
Whether you need a cot, crib, child seat, bunk beds, or anything else related to your child’s needs, we’ll make sure that everything is in order when you arrive.
Anything else you need
When you book for 7 days or more, we’ll arrange for your transportation from and to the airport. And of course the kitchen and fridge will be fully stocked.
